Fall is the season of harvest; a moment of appreciation and gratitude. Winter is a hibernation period of inner work, reflecting, and preparing for what's next. Spring is a time of creation, going through the process, and planting the seeds. Summer happens when all of the work from Spring is now flourishing, blossoming, and coming to life. However, each season requires different energies and you cannot force yourself into a season; you have to be honest and honor each season." - Tommy Baker

Which season will help you take the next big leap in your life: Spring, Summer, Fall, or Winter?

Tommy BakerThere's a bold decision in your life you've been waiting to make, and every day passing by is a reminder of what hasn't happened. Conveniently tucked in a box labeled "someday", the fear of the unknown has taken a grip on your life and put your dreams on hold. Until now.

Whether your leap is quitting the soul-sucking job and starting your own business, taking a bold chance on love or finally going all in on your dreams, The Leap of Your Life is the ticket to get you there - all while having the time of your life and ensuring you don't wake up years down the line with a sinking feeling of regret.

Author and high-performance coach Tommy Baker has helped thousands of everyday people identify and take their leap, step into courage, and create a life they can't wait to wake up for. After interviewing 250+ of the world's most powerful entrepreneurs, thought leaders, experts, spiritual teachers, and athletes he discovered a common theme:

They all took a leap, even if they were full of fear - and it radically transformed their experience of life.

Power Quotes From The Show

"If we're pushing ourselves and we're thinking bigger and bolder, I sure hope we're also questioning that path. If it's the right path then we'll double down and be more committed. If it's the wrong path, then that will manifest itself." - Tommy Baker

The Four Seasons of Life

"If you're going to experience a winter season, you have to be prepared for some of the inner work and emotional challenges that are going to come with that. Just like Winter, the seasons of Spring, Summer, and Fall will have their own unique challenges as well. Why do people spend a lot of time in Winter and don't step into their true power in Spring? It's because the idea of creation and birthing something that didn't exist prior to your notion of bringing it to life requires a lot of courage because it's no longer yours and it's out in the world. Once it's out in the world, people can throw stones at it. You can impact people but people can look at what you've done and make assumptions about you. When you're in Spring and Summer, go all in on those seasons; that is your time to literally light it on fire and speak your truth." - Tommy Baker

Questioning Your Path

"While on your journey of growth and discovering who you are, you will of multiple moments of questioning your path and I never see that as a bad thing. Whether you're on track or off track, questioning your path is very healthy. If you're off track, it's very obvious and hopefully questioning your path will lead to some new insights and breakthroughs that will put you back on track. However, even if you're on track and you're committed to your mission, when you question it, you will have the opportunity to gain new insights and perspectives but also reaffirm your commitment."  - Tommy Baker

Leaving Space For The Magic

"If you don't leave space for the magic, that's a big loss. So, delete some things from your life like social media or binge-watching Netflix. The average American watches 35 hours and 25 minutes of TV a week; that's a lot of magic that's being given away."  - Tommy Baker
