Anger
Exploring the needs of other people and how we show up
depending on if we're more healed, healed, or not healed.
The different levels of healing, backgrounds, and purposes we see in relationships.
How to be the counter-balance in a war by choosing peace.
Why it hurts us to rile up and attack another person because
you then become what you're fighting vs standing up for love,
compassion, and
inclusivity.
How we can face our own tyranny and the violence we have

[42:00] Drawing Up Your Own Desire Map
Her book, The Desire Map, and how her own
map has profoundly changed since she wrote the book 5 years
ago.
The mission she has to help people recognize that their
feelings matter and create goals with their souls.
How we can allow what emotions we want to feel be our driving
force for completing goals in life.
The power of showing up and doing something good for someone
every day no matter what kind of day we're having even if it's a
horrible one.
How we can embrace our feelings but not over-identify
with them because we are not our feelings.
The fact that it's inevitable that we're going to be disliked
by some people and we have to be okay with that plus how we can
cultivate courage around this.
Why it's important to not take praise or rejection
personally.
The fact that the negative thoughts we have about other
people are a reflection of how we see ourselves.
Why meditation is a must in her daily practice no matter
what.
Her advice for meditative practice and why she
has found it most beneficial to have 1 practice ideally before the
sun comes up for no more than 20 minutes and then she moves into
prayer.
Why she is currently taking a break from reading any spiritual
material because it was making her anxious.
"My prayer to God now is, 'I want to know your perfect love and
I want to be that perfect love.' To do that, first, you have to
believe that perfect love exists and that it's possible. I don't
think you have to believe that you're worthy. Does perfect love
exist? I think conceptually we all believe it does but does it
exist for you? If it exists for you can everyone else wake up to it
existing? That's my current shift with God and creation; that I am

Exploring Sacred Anger
"The energy of the heart is inclusive; so, anger is only sacred
if it is including the benefits of others. So, if it is vengeance
to right the wrong and has an 'eye for an eye' dynamic, it's not
sacred; it's profane. If your anger's energy is on behalf of
humanity and it helps bring justice with something like clean
drinking water, all children are protected, and everyone has
medical freedom - that is sacred anger. If your attitude is, 'You
gotta go down so that I feel justified,' that is not sacred."
