As we approach the two year anniversary next month for the Wellness Force podcast, I'm compelled to deliver what I know to be the most powerful lessons I've come to learn as my truth, after over 100+ guests who've boldly shared theirs.
1. Tell the truth until it stops hurting.
2. The answers you're frenetically searching for are already there. inside you Be willing to be seen, be vulnerable, and ask for the support you deserve without shame and with self-love
3. Listen to the messages your body is telling you. As Gay Hendricks would say, "Sometimes the universe will tickle you with a feather on where to go next, but if you're not listening, it will hit you with a sledgehammer."
