Today I’m both excited and grateful to have one of the top fitness leaders in the world on our show, Fabio Comana. I’m beyond excited to speak with a man who has truly dedicated his life to serving and helping people through fitness and health.

Fabio Comana is the director of continuing education for the National Academy of Sports Medicine, he holds masters degrees in exercise physiology and nutrition, is a faculty instructor at University of California, San Diego, San Diego State University, and is the president of Genesis Wellness Group.

Prior experiences include collegiate head coaching, strength and conditioning; and opening/managing clubs for Club One. He is an international presenter and has been featured in multiple media outlets and accomplished chapter and book author.

"Given the existing changes within healthcare and within our population, the future of training needs to evolve beyond fitness. Coaching seeks to first understand, then empower individuals via self-exploration and self-discovery so that they can overcome their cognitive, emotional or physical barriers to healthier behaviors. From a professional perspective, coaching expands a practitioner’s opportunity for greater client interaction – moving beyond the traditional confines of the gym’s brick-and-mortar to support their personal and professional lives 24-7." - Fabio Comana

Thanks for listening to the show and see you next week!
